TRUST & LEGAL · TERMS

Using EdenTouch AI Governance Delivery OS — what to expect and what is expected of you.

These terms explain what the platform provides, what it does not provide, what users are responsible for, and the professional boundaries that apply to AI governance work delivered through this system.

Important — legal review required before public launch

These Terms of Use are a working product draft. They have not been reviewed or approved by qualified legal counsel. They should be reviewed by a solicitor or qualified legal advisor before this platform is made available to paying users or the general public. EdenTouch CoLab Ltd accepts no legal liability based on this draft.

What EdenTouch AI Governance Delivery OS provides.

The platform is designed to support structured AI governance work. It provides tools and workflows for:

  • AI governance readiness reviews
  • AI inventory documentation
  • Risk assessment workflows
  • Vendor evaluation workflows
  • Action tracking and accountability records
  • Evidence organisation and storage
  • Report generation and export
  • Quarterly governance review support

What the platform does not provide.

Being honest about professional scope is itself a governance principle. The platform does not provide:

  • Legal advice of any kind
  • Regulatory certification
  • Compliance guarantees
  • Official audit certification
  • A replacement for qualified legal, privacy, compliance, security, or governance professionals

What users are responsible for.

  • Providing accurate and complete information when using the platform.
  • Reviewing all outputs — including AI-assisted summaries and reports — before using or sharing them.
  • Confirming they have the authority to upload and process client or organisational data.
  • Protecting login credentials and account access.
  • Managing workspace access and permissions appropriately.
  • Confirming their own legal, privacy, security, and compliance obligations independently.
  • Using generated reports and summaries appropriately and with professional judgment.

How AI-assisted features work — and where responsibility sits.

Where Governance Guide or report generation is used, the following applies: outputs are based on the information provided in the platform. Missing or inaccurate input may affect output quality. Every output must be reviewed by a responsible human before being used or shared. Users should not rely on AI-assisted outputs without applying their own professional judgment.

Client workspace responsibilities.

Consultant users who create and manage client workspaces are responsible for: creating the correct workspace for each client, assigning access only to appropriate users, ensuring client data is not entered into the wrong workspace, and reviewing workspace permissions regularly — particularly when a client engagement ends.

Microsoft sign-in, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Where Microsoft integrations are available and enabled, users are responsible for: confirming their Microsoft permissions allow the integration, ensuring their organisation's policies permit the connection, managing access to connected Microsoft storage locations, and disconnecting integrations when they are no longer needed or appropriate.

The platform will develop over time.

EdenTouch AI Governance Delivery OS is an active product. Features may be improved, updated, or modified as the platform develops. Where significant changes affect how user data is handled, we will aim to communicate those changes clearly.
